Our Mission

Our Mission: A Legacy of Adaptation and Heart

For more than 131 years, the Graber Olive House in Ontario, California has been a place of family, craftsmanship, and community. Founded by C.C. Graber, who first began canning olives by hand, each generation since has carried the legacy forward, finding new ways to adapt, endure, and share the Graber story.

Through the years, the family has faced many historic challenges and every time they found a way through.

Now, Robert and Kelsey Graber, the fourth generation, are taking a page from those who came before them along with third generation, Cliff and Maura Graber. In the face of modern challenges and the threat of foreclosure, they’ve adapted once again — this time through Graber Olives apparel and merchandise.

Every item you purchase helps preserve this historic landmark and the spirit that built it. It’s more than just a shirt or a cap, it’s a piece of living history, a symbol of resilience and a step toward saving a family legacy with the support of the community that’s always been a part of who we are today.

Together, we can keep the story of the Graber Olive House alive for many future generations.
