Our Mission

For more than 130 years, the Graber Olive House in Ontario, California has been a place of family, craftsmanship, and community. C.C. Graber began canning olives by hand in 1894. Each generation since has looked for a way to carry that work forward.

Today that chapter is extra virgin olive oil, merchandise, and the jarred olives we have sold in our Ontario shop for decades — and in gift baskets online. For the first time, those jarred olives are also available on their own through our website. These are not a replacement for the original canned olive. They are how we keep the brand going until we know what is possible for the historic property and for canning again.
