Refund and Return Policy

At Graber Olive House (www.graberolivehouse.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we're here to help with returns and exchanges. Please review the details below.


1. Return Window

- You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

- The 30-day period begins on the date the item is delivered to you.


2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

- We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, altered, or show signs of wear.

- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.


3. Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned package at our fulfillment center and inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our eligibility criteria.

- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

- If applicable, any promotional discounts or taxes will be adjusted in the refund amount.


4. Exchanges

- We welcome exchanges for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

- To request an exchange, follow the same return process below. We'll ship the new item once we receive and inspect the original.

- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you'll be charged the difference. If lower, we'll refund the difference.

- Shipping fees for exchanges are your responsibility, unless due to our error.


5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Contact us at orders@graberolivehouse.com or through our website's contact form with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if applicable.

- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

- Pack the item securely and ship it to our Fulfillment Center Address that is provided to you upon initiated return

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.


7. Exceptions

- Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

- Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

- International returns may incur additional customs fees, which are your responsibility.


8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
