Succulent Graber Olives are about as simple as it gets! We allow them to mature on the trees, and pick them by hand when they are ripe and cherry-red in color -- (unlike black olives which are picked while still firm and green.) Our tender olives are then cured in covered vats without being oxidized, resulting in the beautiful varied shades of nut-like color. In this way, the full flavor of nature's delicacy is preserved. 🫒
