Succulent Graber Olives are about as simple as it gets! We allow them to mature on the trees, and pick them by hand when they are ripe and cher-ry-red in color -- (unlike black olives which are picked while still firm and green.) Our tender olives are then cured in covered vats without being oxi-dized, resulting in the beautiful varied shades of nut-like color. In this way, the full flavor of nature's delicacy is preserved. 🫒
